Vega Under-Wing/Under Cowling Taxi Light

If you don’t have space in your wing or on your gear for a taxi light, the simplest and most aerodynamic solution is the Vega™.  Whether mounted under your wing or under your cowling, this light is designed to give you the best visibility for taxi in a very small and streamlined profile. It should be used one under each wing and one under nose cowling for situations where drag is to be minimized.

All Aveo lights are waterproof, dust proof, and inert to most environmental conditions as they are all tested to categories of DO-160 exceeding the applicable requirements by far in external laboratories experienced in compliance demonstration of EASA ETSO appliances.

The Vega™ uses far less power than competitive products illuminated by mercury-arc, high intensity discharge, or halogen lamps, which means they help to reduce air pollution from carbon emissions. Mercury and Lead-free, this RoHS compliant environmentally – friendly technology helps reduce power consumption and the amount of hazardous waste entering the environment. Finally, a “green” aircraft light!
